Throw it over a plain T-shirt with jeans to project a casual confidence, or tuck in a button-down shirt for a hint of refinement. In a lightweight Wool/Cotton/Cashmere blend suitable for warmer days as well as all year round.

    A NOTICE TO EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

    We unfortunately have had to stop deliveries to the EU.

    As a result of Brexit, rules came into effect on January 1st 2021 that new import charges and taxes are levied on all exports from the UK to the EU. This has resulted in substantial and unexpected import costs charged to our customers and understandably packages are being returned.

    The decision to stop shipping to the EU has not been easy. We have taken great pride in delivering our luxury clothing in a timely manner to tweed lovers everywhere. So to all our customers in the EU, thank you for your patience whilst we tried to figure out the business implications and additional red tape. It has been our top priority to resolve this as soon as possible, however we are still unable to process orders to the EU.

We use FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail Tracked Services, sorry we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Tracking and estimated delivery details will be provided in your order dispatch email confirmation.

    Disclaimer: All orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances by the carriers and/or customs. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Please note that we cannot deliver during holidays. Any order placed during these periods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity on our return. Please note that duty, and other international import fees are the exclusive responsibility of our customer and not considered with any Bucktrout Tailoring charges.     We hope you enjoy your garment for many years. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please don’t hesitate to return it for an exchange or full refund, provided we receive your item back within 30 days of purchase. When returning your order, the item should be unworn and have original tags/swing tickets still attached. 

     

    MAINLAND UK RETURN INFORMATION

    Please note free returns only applies to Mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands)

    1. Contact us as returns@bucktrouttailoring.com quoting your order reference number i.e. BT----WEB
    2. We will email you a Royal Mail returns label for you to print and apply to your return (labels are valid for 7 days only).
    3. Pack up your parcel securely. You can use its original packaging but remove the original delivery label.
    4. Include the returns form in the parcel, with the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or an exchange*
    5. Attach the label you have received to your parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office.
    6. When you drop off your parcel at the Post Office request a receipt which will include information you may need to track you return.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN INFORMATION

    Applies to all countries outside Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland, Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.)


    Returns should be sent via a Tracked Mail service and clearly marked as “Return goods” on export documents, to the following address;
