Behind the scenes - SS21 Lookbook
The continued Covid situation has meant many of the projects and new developments we had planned for 2020 were shelved. Creating new collections and presenting them to our customers is something we are so passionate about, and for Spring 21 we had to make sure we could do this not only safely but in keeping with the world we all find ourselves living in right now.
Whilst working from home, adapting to remote meetings and juggling home schooling, the last thing on many peoples minds perhaps has been dressing up. In a world where most people only see you from the waist up, is there still an appetite for a smart piece of tailoring?
With the onset of this Spring, and the emerging new buds, we can feel the tide changing. A smart look after months of leisure wear is a welcome change, and our SS21 collection was curated with this in mind.
Fresh tones and a mix of the tailored and casual, gives us all a feeling of confidence stepping back into the workplace or perhaps the summer events we are all looking forward to.
At the end of February we spent a day shooting our new SS21 campaign. Keeping everything local, small scale and in line with current Covid regulations was key for us. Our studio location just on the outskirts of Leeds was a former warehouse and provided us with the open, well ventilated space we required. We handpicked the small team of creatives we would be working with on this shoot, and a huge thank you goes out to those who helped bring our concept to life.
We created a contemporary palate of light wood, natural textures and soft green tones, providing the perfect backdrop to the fresh styles in the collection.
We will be bringing you our favourite 100% linen and lightweight Yorkshire Tweed plus the newest additions of Wool/Cotton/Cashmere blends and heritage navy blazer cloth.
This capsule collection of Spring styles will be launching this Easter. Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Facebook to be the first to hear about our exclusive product updates and promotions.
With thanks to everyone who worked with us on this shoot:
