We hope you love your purchase however if you are not completely satisfied we offer a 30 day exchange or refund of unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. If you wish to return an item please contact us to make shipping arrangements. If returned more than 30 days after delivery, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.

All orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be despatched within 2-4 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances by the carriers. Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Please note that we cannot deliver during holidays. Any order placed during these periods will be despatched at the earliest opportunity on our return.
