We hope you enjoy your garment for many years. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please don’t hesitate to return it for an exchange or full refund, provided we receive your item back within 30 days of purchase. When returning your order, the item should be unworn and have original tags/swing tickets still attached. 

 
UK RETURN INFORMATION
1. Contact us as returns@bucktrouttailoring.com quoting your order reference number i.e. BT----WEB
2. We will email you a UPS shipping label for you to print and apply to your return.
3. Pack up your parcel securely. You can use its original packaging but remove the original delivery label.
4. Include the returns form in the parcel, with the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or an exchange*
5. Attach the UPS label you have received to your parcel and take it to your nearest collection point (you can find your nearest drop off location at www.ups.com )
6. When you drop off your parcel at the drop off point request a receipt which will include information you may need to track you return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN INFORMATION
Returns should be sent via a Tracked Mail service and clearly marked as “Return goods” on export documents, to the following address;

International return delivery/shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender. International return delivery/shipping costs will not be refunded.
